I've seen many social media posts where my family and friends are calling out for time away from everything. I believe that our spirits are longing for Sabbath Rest. God is calling us to commune with him in solitude so he can replenish our dry bones.

After a visit to the chiropractor, I discovered that my spine was out of alignment. This physical issue was only a reflection of how I was out of balance spiritually. I had to follow God to His "quiet place and get some rest"'.
